Welcome To Pain & Zeal

Welcome one and all
Pain & Zeal is a what if X-men RP
We show what would happen if Xavier had died and left the mansion to woman none of the X-men have met before
We also have a slight literate feeling to the site
No posting below 5 lines
Keep this in mind before you sign up

We started out where a call reached all the X-men where they reside now.
They one by one return to see if it is even true and if so who had send out the call.
Beside this main plot, we will also have the occasional side plots which involve some, or all members of the site.

General Rules:

1. Respect is easy people. Just show some to the staff of the site and other members.

2. Harassing, Harassing people will result to a fight on the site and I don't want them, simple. Just take it up with the staff and we'll deal with it.

3. No hogging characters. You may play as many if you want. If you haven’t been active with them for two weeks your character will be deleted. I will rarely hold Roll Calls so keep this rule in mind. Also if I find you have noticed you are inactive with your other characters I might not approve a second character.

4. If you are away for a while (Longer than three days), state so in the absence thread in Away. It's in the OOC section.

5. If you get caught stealing another person’s OC or sample posts I will ban you and make sure other Admins will be notified of the situation.

6. I want to be very sure with this one. OOC problems get dealt with OOC, not on the forum. You still hard on doing this. You will be banned from the forum.

7. This is just an RPG, it's not putting money on the table, it's not life, it's just a game. So get along with the ones you're playing with.

8. I may add or take away rules later on, so keep an eye on them.

9. You will sign in with the name of your character as username, this is the nickname of your character, if she/he has one. All usernames are to start with a capital.

10. Posting can only occur after you have been approved by a staff member. Any remarks made by members don't have to be followed necessarily.

11. No copying of any kind from this site. If I catch you stealing any content of this site, I will make sure the concequences will be dearly to you.

12. When you register on the site your time goes in. After this you will have two days to create your app. If you fail to have it up completely by then, your account will be deleted. I simply hate it if people sign up and then do nothing, it causes a false member count as well.

13. Characters. For now all afflictions are accepted when it comes to OC's

Posting Rules

1. No god modding! It’s annoying and everyone hates it. Even the strongest Marvel characters have weaknesses. So let them lose once in a while. Next time you'll win.

2. Discuss your storyline with other members, to prevent a total mess. Someone asks you something you don’t really wanna do, just say no. It will prevent a lot of trouble.

3. Don’t control other characters when they don’t give permission. Even not if you are a telepath. If you really want to ask permission over PM.

4. No killing people's characters. Even if you are oh so powerful, ask permission and then notify me, Morgan Vigneaux, BEFORE you kill off a character.

5. ALL POSTS WILL BE 5 OR MORE SENTENCES! If you cannot think of something your character will say, describe the environment, what they are thinking, what they are wearing. There is more than just what your character sais.

6. When copied from online sources add so below in your bio, this is also some sort of password, if it’s not added you will not be approved.

7. It's not nice to make threads the entire game only for one person in the game. I know some are a couple, but that doesn't mean they have to be glued together.

8. Sex, if you are involved in such a thread, either fade in and out, or just place an [M] behind your thread name.

9. None of us like it when we're told we play a character wrong. So simply notify the staff if you think so. Don't go and yell things as Mary Sue on C box or over PM, this will only result to your own ban.

10. When posting in groups, no more than three posts after someone has posted and we will wait. Otherwise there is no use for posting at all.
